People under 35, persons evacuated from dwellings located on lands with high
seismic activity, from houses destroyed by natural disasters or from houses
recovered by former owners will be granted a state subsidy representing 20
percent of the cost per square meter of construction of a new home. The
government approved the measure on Wednesday. Young people are eligible to
benefit from the subsidy if they have not owned a house before and within
the limit of a constructed surface of 81 square meters. The money will be
granted only upon the completion of work and based on invoices issued by
authorized economic operators.
